Our walking group has finished for the summer, but we did
one last walk on our own
This was a relatively short walk from Tormos to Isbert Dam
It was about 28c and too hot to do any climbing, but
fortunately this walk was quite easy going
We
had to walk along the dry riverbed right to the dam itself to find any shade
It was too early for lunch, but we did have a banana break
We returned through the rail tunnel, which was a welcome
break from the hot sun
Even at this time of year there was still a little water at
the ford
On our walk back to Tormos we shared our apples with two
hungry horses
I think this will be our last "proper" walk until
September, and we will miss it greatly
